Ships from Destin.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM Central begin processing that day; orders placed later begin processing the next business day, excluding holidays. Orders typically ship within 48 hours of processing, from our shop at 239 Main St. Suite B, Destin, FL.

If an item is backordered we will email you before charging shipping and give you the option to wait or cancel.

Shipping is quoted live at checkout from the carriers we use, based on your address and what is in your cart. The rate you select is the rate you are charged — there is no separate handling fee added afterwards. We do not currently offer a free-shipping threshold.

Local pickup at the Destin shop is free. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we will email you when the bike is ready.

We ship within the United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS; please allow 7–10 business days. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If you refuse delivery, the order returns to us and you'll be refunded the merchandise and tax; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cruisers ship in a box and need minimal assembly: attach the pedals, handlebars, seat and front wheel. A 6mm Allen wrench does almost all of it. A tracking link is emailed when the carrier scans the package; you can also follow your order from the tracking link on your confirmation page.

Inspect the box on arrival. If anything is damaged, photograph the box and the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement part or bike; you will not be asked to pay return shipping for transit damage.

A package is considered lost if it has not arrived 10 days after the expected delivery date or its last tracking update. If that happens, or tracking shows a delivery you did not receive, contact us and we will open a carrier claim.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. Florida deliveries are charged the state rate plus the destination county surtax; orders shipped outside Florida are not currently charged sales tax.
